1. All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
2. Rates are inclusive of ABF for 2 persons for Deluxe Suites and Junior Suites and 4 persons for Executive Suites on a per room per night basis..
3. Guarantee by credit card for Low and High Season, Full Pre-Payment for Peak Season
4. We encourage using our booking facility as rooms will be confirmed instantly through the system. Reservation number will be given once the payment is made by credit card.
5. Alternatively, reservation can be made via email. E-hotel voucher will be sent after the payment has been successful and voucher can be printed out and present it to the hotel upon check in.
6. Transfer rate: Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport – Hotel @ THB 999.- per car per way (Maximum 3 people) or @ THB 1,499.- per van per way (Maximum 7 people).
Cancellation Rules & Policy:
Cancellation
1. Cancellation during 1/11/12 – 24/12/13 and 6/1/13 – 31/3/13 must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
2. Cancellation during 25/12/12 – 5/1/13 must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or penalty 3 nights.
3. Cancellation during 1/4/12– 31/10/12 and 1/4/13 – 31/10/13 must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night.
No Show
In case of NO Show, there is a minimum penalty charge of one night, except for the peak season, No Show penalty will be charged at 100% of the total value of booking.
Refunds
Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the payment was charged. There is an administration fee of 10%, which will be charged on the refunded amount.
Amendment
Amendment to your reservation is possible and must be made through our office via egp@1hotelsolution.com no less than 5 business days prior to your check-in date. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, shorten of stay, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Amended reservations cannot however be cancelled.
Child Policy:
Child at the age of 4 – 11 years old, sharing the same room with parents without requiring an extra bed only pay for ABF @THB 125. Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed.
